This was absolutely adorable! It's not for a beginner, but give it a try anyway. Its lots of fun to put together. The kit made me a lover of the yarn included. Just for fun, I added eyelashes to the eyes and a ruffle to the collar.
I would not call this a beginner friendly kit. Yes, the knitting was easy, but no detailed instructions on how to attach the pieces or embroider the nose. Would be helpful if there were some tutorials on how to attach all the pieces and do those finishing touches, especially for those of us new to knitted amigurumi, since almost all the other amigurumi tips and tricks are specific to crochet.
