I love these markers even though I don't use them with the Maker's Keep. I just find they are the right size, thickness, and weight to use easily with my knitting. And they're pretty! I use markers a lot to aid me in my knitting, often color coding their placement as a reminder of what needs to be done at a certain spot. I find these glide smoothly over all needles and with all yarns, although I wish there was a size between the original and the small sizes. One fun aspect of these: if my cat knocks them on the floor, I have a little magnet that makes picking them up an absolute dream!
These are just the right size for knitting with smaller sized needles. I like my stitch markers to be “out of the way” without a lot of fuss. These are smooth and snagless, gliding easily over my needles along with my work. The colors make it easy to mark different areas in my project, as well.
I once got a bunch of these as a door prize and discovered they were metal and could be picked up with a magnet. This is great when my cat knocks over my container of markers because I can pick them all up quickly with a magnet. : in addition, I keep a small magnet in my travel bag of markers and they all stay together if the bag is spilled! I'm planning on buying all sizes! And they're pretty!!!
