The color changes in this shawlette are worked using the intarsia method. Use a separate strand of yarn for each color segment. When switching from one color to another, be sure to twist the strands of each color to prevent holes from forming in the work.

This asymmetric shawl is worked from the top down. Increases are worked every RS row on either side of the center stitch while decreases are worked on the sides, forming a "v" shape.

This shawl is a triangle worked back and forth on a circular needle from the top down. The border is knit-on. The last row of Shawl Body stitches are bound-off by purling a stitch from the border together with a stitch from the Shawl Body at the end of every right side border row.

This lovely shawl is an oblong triangle shape comprised of 2 different sized panels.

This shawl is worked from the bottom up. First the motifs are worked and attached using the join-as-you-go method. Then a border is worked around the motifs. Finally, the shawl body is crocheted upward, decreasing to create a half-circle shape.
