Addi Needles

The addi Click Rocket - Long Tips are just over 5 inches in length. They are fully interchangeable with the addi Rocket Click - Short Tips and addi Click Cords and connectors. Keep in mind that because of their longer length, they will not produce a working needle with the 16 and 20 cords - Please note the Tip Packs only include additional knitting needle tips. Additional cords are sold separately.

The addi Click Rocket - Long Tips feature 8 pairs of addi Rocket tips in US sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, along with 3 pliable blue addi-Lifeline Cords which create 24, 32, and 40 needles, 1 Click connector, and one needle gauge. The addi Click Rocket - Long Tips are just over 5 inches in length and are fully interchangeable with the Turbo Click and Short Rocket Click cords and connectors!

Each addi Rocket Click kit features 8 pairs of addi Rocket knitting needle tips in US sizes: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, along with 5 blue addi cords which create 16, 20, 24, 32, and 40 needles, and 1 Click connector. The addi Rocket Click tips were created to be shorter in length (3.5), to allow for both 16 and 20 applications. While the 24, 32, and 40 cords from both the regular and lace sets are fully compatible with any style of tip, the new 16 and 20 cords are not compatible with the regular Turbo tips.

The addi Rocket Squared needles use a combination of slightly rounded squared edges and a uniquely textured tip surface which promotes positive ergonomics when in use, helping circulation and reducing tension. The needles sit perfectly in the hand and can be held effortlessly. This is especially beneficial to those who may struggle with grip issues such as arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc.
 
It's all about the texture! Not only does the surface of the Rocket² promote comfort while knitting, users will quickly realize that stitches stay on the needle where they belong (think of it as a no-slip tip). And, thanks to the texture, you will experience perfectly even stitches every time.

We're obsessed with the addi Rocket Squared Fixed Circular needles, so when they announced that we would be able to build our own set of interchangeables with the addi Rocket Squared Click Short Tips (4), we were over the moon! Rocket Squared tips are compatible with all addi cords, streamlining your knitting experience!

Styled after the popular addi Turbo Lace, the addi Rocket's extra-pointy tips feature the same great nickel-plating that gives the classic addi Turbo its incomparable zip. The smooth join between the needle and cord gives a wonderful glide to your yarn, making knitting that much easier and quicker to boot!

When addi Rockets first came out, they were only available in smaller sizes, and they were called Sock Rockets. However, now we have a wider range of sizes, and now they are simply called Rockets. Some of the older packaging still say Sock Rocket, but rest assured, these are the same wonderful product!

Please note some of the smaller needle sizes do not follow standard US sizing. Addi needles labeled Size US 1 2.5mm are truly Size US 1.5 2.5mm needles labeled Size US 2 3.0mm are truly Size US 2.5 3.0mm needles labeled Size US 2.75mm are truly Size US 2 2.75mm. Also, the US 36 and US 50 needle tips are not metal but sparkle-tastic plastic!

The addi Turbo® Click system provides 10 different sizes of addi Turbo® knitting needle tips (3.5mm, 3.75mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, and 10.0mm), three different lengths of our new, extremely pliable blue cord (24, 32, and 40), and one connector piece which helps to either store stitches or combine your cords. The Click tips require no tools to change: simply insert the cord deep into the tip, twist and release. The tips will remain secure until you change them, thanks to the addi Turbo® Click's revolutionary locking mechanism!
